NAMI Navigator Charlotte is a free, non-crisis helpline and online directory run by NAMI Charlotte that helps Mecklenburg County residents and families navigate the mental health system with empathy and expertise. Through trained volunteer navigators and a searchable database of local resources, they connect individuals to services, education, and support tools—bridging gaps so no one has to face mental health challenges alone.

NC‑PAL is a statewide consultation and education program helping North Carolina clinical and social service providers build capacity in pediatric and perinatal mental health. Through free telephone consultations and tailored training, NC-PAL supports clinicians in children’s and parental behavioral health — expanding access and strengthening care across the state.
