As CHN continues to expand and strengthen our statewide clinically integrated network, we welcome Jasmine Sandoval to our team. Jasmine will play a key leadership role in advancing the systems, partnerships, and operational infrastructure that support our providers and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.
Jasmine brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, project management, organizational leadership, technology enablement, and business operations. Throughout her career, she has successfully led cross-functional initiatives, guided organizations through growth and change, and built solutions that improve performance and strengthen teams.
In her role at CHN, Jasmine will help drive provider engagement, optimize network technologies, support data-driven decision-making, and lead strategic initiatives that enhance provider experience, quality outcomes, and value-based care success across North Carolina.
With a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Jasmine brings both strategic expertise and a collaborative leadership style that aligns closely with CHN’s mission and values.
